About the Role
- We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development & Partnerships Manager who can help us build offline and institutional sales channels for our brand.
- This role is for someone who can go beyond regular sales and actually help us build long-term distribution relationships and create sustainable revenue channels beyond Amazon and D2C.
- You will work closely with the founders to identify, pitch, negotiate and close partnerships across schools, retail stores, distributors, dealers, corporate gifting, event buyers and other B2B channels.
- If you enjoy selling ideas, building relationships and closing revenue, this role is for you.
What You'll be responsible for
- Generate and close bulk order opportunities
- Build and grow new offline and B2B sales channels
- Identify the right dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and institutional buyers
- Create a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into repeat business
- Close deals while ensuring healthy unit economics and sustainable profitability
- Drive repeat orders and account growth over time
- Work directly with founders on: Channel strategy, Market feedback, Pricing inputs, Product-market fit insights, Partnership experiments
What We're Looking For
- We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, hungry, persuasive and proactive
- Have 1+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales
- Are comfortable with field visits, calls, meetings and outreach
- Are excited by the idea of helping build real revenue channels from scratch
