Business Development Manager(B2B Sales) AI Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Professional who can engage CXOs, HR Leaders, L&D Leaders and Transformation Heads not just sell training programs, but drive strategic conversations around AI adoption.

Your Role

• Drive enterprise sales for AI & Generative AI transformation programs and Trainings
• Engage decision-makers across L&D, HR, Technology, and Leadership teams
• Build and manage strategic corporate relationships
• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
• Position AI training as a business transformation initiative

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has strong enterprise / B2B consultative sales experience

Has sold training, consulting, or technology solutions

Is comfortable engaging senior leadership & CXOs

Understands value-based selling, not transactional sales

Is ambitious to grow in the AI transformation domain

Preferably Located in Chennai and can join immediately
