CLYZO is an exciting new E-commerce platform launched by an established leader in the B2B pharma raw material space. We are one of India's leading distributors, particularly for pharmaceutical excipients. Trusted by European principals, we have successfully built and consolidated global brands in India over the past 14 years.

We serve reputed pharmaceutical companies across the country, maintaining a ready inventory of over 200 pharma-grade products to support Just-In-Time (JIT) supply needs.

Position: Strategic Account Manager Pharma Raw Materials (API/Intermediates)

Location: Hyderabad (Work-from-Home + Field Visits)

Experience: 5+ years

Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA Marketing

Industry Preference: Pharma / Chemical

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow Pharmonix's business in India, specifically focusing on API and Pharma Intermediate manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support by collaborating with the backend team in Mumbai.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Accurately forecast sales volume and contribute to the annual operating plan.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of sales, marketing, or technical sales experience in B2B or B2C.
  • Prior experience selling to API / Pharma Intermediate manufacturers is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory-level responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Own vehicle (bike/car) is preferred travel expenses reimbursed by the company.

Work Mode & Benefits:

  • Work Location: Hyderabad (WFH with 3.5 days field visits/week)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
  • Remuneration: Fixed salary + Incentives (Best in Industry)
