Position: Business Development Manager Pharma Raw Materials (API/Intermediates)

Experience: 2+ years

Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing)

Industry Preference: Pharma / Chemical

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead and expand Pharmonix's business in India, with a key focus on API and Pharma Intermediate manufacturers. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, nurture strong customer relationships, and drive business growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Provide end-to-end sales support by coordinating closely with the backend team in Mumbai.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Accurately forecast sales volumes and contribute to annual business planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales (B2B/B2C).
• Prior experience selling to API or Pharma Intermediate manufacturers is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage territory-level operations.

Work Mode & Benefits

Minimum 4 days of field visits for customer meetings within the assigned territory; remaining days can be work-from-home.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday off).

Compensation: Fixed salary + industry-best incentives.
