Role Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, managing relationships with existing partners, creating strategic business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the jewellery industry. The role involves market analysis, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

  • Strong business development and B2B sales skills, particularly in cultivating and managing client relationships
  • Market research, data analysis, and strategic planning expertise
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
