Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our operations and growth in India. This role will focus on establishing strong manufacturing partnerships for our product portfolio while also building and expanding a distributor network to ensure market penetration. It requires a professional with a strong background in healthcare business development, manufacturing collaboration, and sales network management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full business cycle from production to sales, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and partnership models to potential manufacturers and distributors.

Identify and evaluate local manufacturing partners for contract manufacturing of dietary supplements, dermocosmetics, and medical devices.

Negotiate and manage agreements with selected manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and regulatory standards.

Build and expand a distributor network to drive sales and strengthen market presence.

Develop and implement sales and market entry strategies tailored to the Indian healthcare sector.

Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and implement actions to achieve growth targets.

Travel as required to visit manufacturers, distributors, and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, food supplements, dermocosmetics, or medical devices).

Proven experience in contract manufacturing, OEM partnerships, and distributor management.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and contract negotiation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both manufacturing partners and distributors.

Proficiency in MS Office programs.

Must be willing to travel as required.
