We're looking for a seasoned Business Development professional from the events/ BTL/Marketing agency space who understands how to sell solutions, not just services.
Job role:
- Drive new client acquisition across B2B events, webinars, activations, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Build & convert a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and industry connects.
- Lead consultative selling — understanding client business goals and pitching ROI-driven marketing solutions.
- Work on end-to-end proposals including ideation, lead-gen approach, and commercial closure.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across digital, content, and lead generation services.
- Build long-term client relationships focused on repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to business outcomes, not just execution.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years in Business Development within an event agency / BTL / B2B marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of corporate events, webinars, and lead generation-driven campaigns.
- Proven track record in revenue generation & client acquisition.
- Ability to sell marketing solutions (not just event execution).
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A target-driven, ownership mindset with hunger to close deals.
