Position Overview:
We're lookingfor a dynamic Business Development for our Design& Build
vertical. This position will be responsible for growing our business, expanding our presence in the market, and building strong relationships with clients in the designand construction sector.The role will involvespotting new opportunities, creating tailored solutions, and hitting revenuetargets. This position calls for strong leadership, business smarts, and a proven track record in business development within the design and build industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategicplans to grow revenue and expand our Design &Build vertical.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, key accounts, and major projects.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders like architects, designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with internalteams such as design, engineering, and project management to craft solutions that meet client needs.
- Keep an eye on market trends,competitors, and emergingtechnologies to spot opportunities and threats.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to win over potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clientsto ensure they align with our goals and profitability targets.
- Drive efforts to upselland cross-sell to existing clients,maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipelineof leads and opportunities, trackingsales metrics and performance against targets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the businessdevelopment team, fosteringa culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degreein Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales withinthe design and build industry, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Strong network and relationships within the design and build sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
