Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The individual will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing the company's services in the market. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Business development experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Skills in sales, negotiation, and proposal preparation
- Market research and analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the engineering or staffing industry is an advantage
