Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manipal, Udupi. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to drive sales, identifying and nurturing key opportunities for growth, and building strong client relationships. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs, conducting market research to identify new revenue streams, and consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business strategy, market research, and revenue generation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Knowledge of wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
