Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ajmer for a Business Development Manager. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with startup founders, and managing client accounts. Core responsibilities include developing and overseeing strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, and creating tailored funding roadmaps for startups. The role also involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing investor pitch decks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the submission and approval of funding applications.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to analyze Market Trends, understand Funding Landscapes, and create Strategic Partnerships
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling, Investor Pitch Deck creation, and Fundraising Strategies
- Expertise in Compliance, Documentation, and Government Schemes related to funding
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project pipelines and meeting milestones
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the startup ecosystem or consulting industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Indian government grants/grants approval process is a plus
