Job Description

Business Development Manager (Remote)

This is a fully remote, individual contributor (IC) role for someone comfortable owning the complete outbound sales cycle for premium website development, software development, branding, and digital marketing services.

Until now, sales at Ascella have been founder-led. We're now looking for someone who can take ownership of sales, build a predictable outbound pipeline, and grow with the company. As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling the sales function.

Our Focus:
We primarily partner with businesses in the Healthcare and Luxury sectors, while also working with companies across other industries that value premium digital experiences and long-term partnerships.

Target Markets:
Europe, USA, Canada, and India.

What you'll do:

- Prospect and generate outbound leads independently
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business requirements
- Present solutions, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, contracts, and client handovers
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM
- Own quarterly revenue targets end-to-end
- Work closely with the founder to refine sales processes and contribute to scaling the sales function

Who we're looking for:

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B agency or IT services sales
- Proven experience selling website development, software development, branding, or digital marketing services
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, and international decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership environment with minimal supervision

- You have never sold B2B services
- You are uncomfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- You are looking for a lead generation role rather than owning the complete sales cycle

Targets:
Quarterly revenue targets between ₹25–₹50L.

Compensation:

- ₹25,000–₹50,000/month fixed
- 5% incentive on collected revenue (uncapped), paid quarterly

Work Schedule:

- Monday–Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
- Remote role
