We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business opportunities for web, mobile app, digital marketing, and AI/ML services.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound sales strategies.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project estimations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly.
Requirements
- Experience Required: 4+ Years.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals.
- Understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
