Experience: 2-6years (Logistics / Transport Industry Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our logistics business. The company already operates with its own vehicle and has a strong base of existing clients. Your role will be to grow new business, strengthen client relationships, and maximize fleet utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and on board new clients across industries.

Utilize the company's own vehicles to pitch cost-effective logistics solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat and volume business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify new market opportunities and competitive trends.

Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure timely service.

Maintain an updated CRM of leads, calls, meetings, and closures.

Requirements

Proven experience in international courier and freight forwarding.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Knowledge of Air cargo, sea cargo, international couriers DHL, FEDEX, UPS..

Target-driven mind-set with strong market awareness.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.
