Job Description:
Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team.
To bring the new Interior designing projects. Develop and organizes new business development initiatives and oversee department budget
To meet with the prospective clients and close the deals
To collect the details about the upcoming projects Requirements
Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture / Interior Design / Business Administration with 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the high-end interiors industry.
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams.
Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel.
