Relationship Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.

Product Promotion:

  • Present and demonstrate furniture collections and customization options to A&D professionals through showroom visits, lunch-and-learns, events, and digital presentations.

Specification Sales:

  • Drive specification of the brand's furniture into architectural and design projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor design trends and competitor activity within the A&D community. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand.

Project Tracking:

  • Follow up on project pipelines to ensure that specified products are ordered and delivered on time.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and messaging with market demand.

Reporting:

  • Maintain a CRM system with up-to-date client records, project information, and activity tracking. Provide regular reports on outreach and progress.
