The ideal candidate will Spearhead efforts to attract designers and users to the Archidistrict platform and grow sales & and business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract designers and users to Archidistrict.
Lead Generation: Identify potential designers, suppliers, and end-users who would benefit from Archidistrict.
Sales & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to platform onboarding.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with designers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the Business Development Associates to achieve team goals.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor platforms to ensure the Archidistrict's unique value proposition.
Feedback Collection: Work closely with the tech and customer support teams to gather feedback and suggest platform enhancements.
Reporting: Regularly update team performance, lead conversion rates, and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
