Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating strategic business plans, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand business partnerships. Regular client meetings, presentations, and representing AQT Direct Ltd in networking events and industry forums will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Deal Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Due Diligence, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management and Networking
  • Familiarity with Legal and Compliance Frameworks as they pertain to private equity and IPO processes
  • Excellent Communication, Presentations, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or having experience in sales of financial products.
