Job Description –India Inside Sales Manager- IT Services
Position: India Inside Sales Manager (IT Services)
Location: Pune- 100% onsite
Experience: 7–12 Years
Shift Timings: 9 AM- 6 PM IST.
Budget: 14-15 LPA
Market- PAN India (Pune- Local preferred)- BFSI .
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager with extensive experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, staffing solutions, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, understand hiring requirements, and propose customized staffing solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare business reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Present business reviews, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to leadership.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Inside Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition for IT Staffing and services.
Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, HR Services, or B2B Solution Selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Hands-on experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, Naukri, cold calling, and networking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience handling clients across multiple industries and regions.
Exposure to contract staffing, permanent staffing, and workforce solutions is preferred.
