ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for revenue generation across rooms, banquet hall, and restaurant. Manages

corporate sales, broker network, event sales, and digital lead conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Revenue Generation – Rooms

- Achieve 90–95% co-living occupancy; 80%+ service apartments.

- Drive long-stay leases, corporate tie-ups, short-term rentals.

2. Banquet Sales

- Deliver 12–15 bookings/month: corporate events, socials, workshops.

- Sell bundled packages: banquet + catering + rooms.

3. Restaurant Sales

- Drive table bookings; achieve 60–70% weekend occupancy.

- Promote corporate lunches, influencer tie-ups, events.

4. Corporate Sales & Partnerships

- Build 40–50 corporate accounts (HR/Admin/Travel).

- Promote Stay + Events + F&B; offerings.

5. Channel Sales & Broker Network

- Manage 30–50 brokers/event planners; weekly visits & incentives.

6. Digital Sales

- Convert leads from website, listings, event platforms, restaurant apps.

- Maintain <15 minutes response time.

7. Market Research & Pricing

- Competitor analysis for rooms, banquet, and F&B; pricing.

8. Customer Experience

- Conduct property tours; ensure high onboarding satisfaction.

9. Coordination

- Work with Operations, F&B;, Marketing, Finance for smooth execution.

10. Reporting

- Weekly sales reports, CRM updates, pipeline tracking.

KEY SKILLS

- Hospitality/Real Estate sales expertise, corporate sales, negotiation.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree; 4–8 years relevant experience.

KPIs

- Occupancy %, ARR/RevPAR, banquet bookings, restaurant occupancy, corporate activations,
