Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and analyzing market trends. Other daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting meetings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will focus on expanding the company's reach and supporting revenue growth through new opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
  • Strong Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Market Research and Analysis capability
  • Proven ability to prepare Proposals and Effective Presentations
  • Outstanding Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Prior experience in event management or corporate solutions is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
