Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM located in Nagpur. The BDM is responsible for customer acquisition through visit and Seminar/Webinar conducted at School, Tuition Classes, Colleges along with telephonic conversations, customer care, and support. The Telesales Executive is also responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Lead Generation
  • Ability to persuade customers and close sales over the phone
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Achievement oriented and target driven attitude
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior knowledge and experience in the education industry is a plus
