Role Purpose:
To drive business through B2B channel – Business Partners by supporting partners in client
acquisition, increasing AUM, and enhancing product penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & drive cross-selling of MF, MLD, RIA, Insurance, PMS, Bonds in the
assigned region thru B2B network.
Focus on APs Activation, Insurance penetration, AUM & SIP Book Building, and
revenue generation thru non-broking products.
Build & maintain strong relationship with APs, TLs, BDs and FMs to achieve targets.
Coordination with AMCs for sales support and Drive Joint Meetings and conduct
Product Awareness trainings on ground to help Partners and team
for building strong prospect pipeline.
Provide end-to-end Sales-Support to channel partners to scale revenue from non-
Broking products and build annuity income.
Eligibility Criteria:
A go-getter with min 4-5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management /
Broking / Banking company of repute with strong Relationship building,
Communication & Analytical skills and able to meet cross-sell targets using datadriven
approach and soft influence.
