Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager YES Premia is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of premium retail banking customers. The role focuses on driving business across liabilities, assets, and investment products, deepening client relationships, and ensuring compliance and high service standards for high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking & Investment Relationship Management:
- Manage the banking and investment needs of premium branch/retail customers.
- Drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business from mapped relationships.
- Identify potential for revenue expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets across products including CASA, term deposits, loans, credit cards, forex, insurance, and mutual funds.
- Generate incremental business and increase wallet share by proactively selling retail and commercial banking products.
- Acquire new customers and deepen relationships within the assigned portfolio.
Customer Engagement & Servicing:
- Regularly engage with clients to maintain portfolio quality and desired relationship values.
- Act as the face of the bank and the primary contact for service and sales-related needs.
- Drive channel and product penetration to improve overall customer relationship value.
Investment Advisory:
- Understand financial needs of customers and offer suitable investment products.
- Ensure transparency in product offerings and build trust through need-based solutions.
- Generate fee income via sales of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products.
Audit & Compliance:
- Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, IRDA, AMFI, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with BSA, KYC, and risk-related requirements during onboarding and servicing.
