Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and identifying emerging market trends to develop strategies for growth. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare business proposals, meet sales targets, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
  • Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research experience
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure industries is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and team collaboration skills
