Location : COIMBATORE

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT and digital services (e.g., cloud, AI, SaaS, cybersecurity).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, digital solutions, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies (Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, CRM, ERP).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
