Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT and digital services (e.g., cloud, AI, SaaS, cybersecurity).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in IT sales, digital solutions, or business development.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, CRM, ERP).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
