Your role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a major role in influencing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Lead Management, Marketing and Business Development teams to generate new business opportunities via inbound and outbound activities.
Your main area of focus will be outbound engagements, using multiple channels targeting appropriate executives within Mid-Market and Enterprise predefined accounts. The goal will be to build a complete picture of our target clients and support the building of a high-quality pipeline of leads and new business opportunities
.

on• Management of all inbound sales inquiries to qualify, distribute to Business Development team and provide feedback to Marketin
g.• Integrate personal sales efforts with supporting the activation of marketing campaigns with activity such as social media, E-Mail, and phon
e.• Working your own defined list of target accounts generate engagement with the aim of scheduling meetings for Business Development team b
y:o Research and planning target account
s.o Identify contacts to ensure outreach to correct decision maker
s.o Demonstrating an understanding of our products and solutions to ensure credibilit
y.o Connect on the phone, via email, LinkedIn and other social media channel
s.o Deploy established sales methodologies to push beyond gatekeepers, reaching and providi
nginformation to the right people at the right time in the right wa
y.o Maintain regular contact and build relationship with prospects by sharing content, inviting to events, having regular catch-up calls and interaction on LinkedIn (nurturing leads
).o Finding the problems and opportunities associated with each account to enable Business Development to be as effective as quickly as possibl
e.o Work closely with Business Development team to ensure smooth handoff and a good experience for our future customer

Your Experience, Qualifications & Capabili
ties• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is prefer
red.• 6-10 years of experience in presales and workforce management industry experie
nce.• Strong verbal and written communication sk
ills• Experience selling to HR and/or Procurement departments is essen
tial• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined with strong time management and organisational ski
lls.• A positive, high-energy attitude that is looking to grow within the busi
ness• Natural communicator with excellent telephone manners, good writing skills and strong influencing ski
lls.• Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and to develop strong relationsh
ips.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating results and increasing engagem
