Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT service sales and a proven track record of managing the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate must come from an IT servicebased organization and have hands-on experience with global sales platforms, outbound tools, and enterprise-level client handling.

This role requires someone who can independently generate leads, engage prospects, convert opportunities, and close deals while contributing strategically to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities for IT services

Drive consistent revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion

Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiations aligned with business objectives

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Actively generate leads through platforms such as:

Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer

Apollo.io and other sales intelligence tools

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with global clients

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions

Conduct requirement discussions, solution presentations, and follow-ups

Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Sales Strategy & Reporting

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements

Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports

Share insights and suggestions to improve sales processes and conversion ratios

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

4+ years of experience in IT service sales

Experience strictly from an IT servicebased organization (We are hiring for product sales manager as well)

Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions

Hands-on experience with:

Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer

Apollo.io & similar lead generation tools

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Sales Expertise

Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Ability to handle international clients independently

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strategic thinking with a target-driven mindset

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with US, UK, Europe, or Middle East clients

Exposure to enterprise or mid-market IT sales

Experience coordinating with technical teams for solution alignment
