Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal or Remote. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves market research, developing growth strategies, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also represent AIO Infinity at industry events and contribute to long-term business growth.

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Generation
• Strong relationship-building, Client Engagement, and Networking skills
• Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning experience
• Excellent communication, Presentation, and Negotiation capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Collaboration tools
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or Cloud Technology sales is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred
