Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our AI and SaaS solutions. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, building a strong pipeline, and closing enterprise deals.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and strong growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive enterprise B2B sales for AI and video analytics solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof of concepts
- Maintain CRM and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with product and technical teams for customized solutions
- Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology sales preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage enterprise clients
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment
