Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our AI and SaaS solutions. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, building a strong pipeline, and closing enterprise deals.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Drive enterprise B2B sales for AI and video analytics solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof of concepts
  • Maintain CRM and sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams for customized solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology sales preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage enterprise clients
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment

  • Exposure to AI, computer vision, or video analytics solutions
  • Experience selling into retail, healthcare, logistics, or infrastructure sectors
