Job Description

Role Summary:

Scale AeroHyre's aviation talent ecosystem by onboarding employers, partners, and institutions, and driving subscriptions, partnerships, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard airlines, airports, MROs, OEMs, and aviation companies
  • Sell AeroHyre subscriptions, hiring solutions, and leadership products
  • Build partnerships with institutions, training academies, and industry bodies
  • Drive enterprise and premium employer subscriptions
  • Support go-to-market strategy and market expansion

Requirements:

  • 36 years of B2B/B2B2C SaaS, platform, or services sales
  • Exposure to aviation, HR tech, or talent platforms preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
