Role Summary:
Scale AeroHyre's aviation talent ecosystem by onboarding employers, partners, and institutions, and driving subscriptions, partnerships, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard airlines, airports, MROs, OEMs, and aviation companies
- Sell AeroHyre subscriptions, hiring solutions, and leadership products
- Build partnerships with institutions, training academies, and industry bodies
- Drive enterprise and premium employer subscriptions
- Support go-to-market strategy and market expansion
Requirements:
- 36 years of B2B/B2B2C SaaS, platform, or services sales
- Exposure to aviation, HR tech, or talent platforms preferred
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
