Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Guwahati. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role includes conducting market research, mapping key accounts, preparing tailored proposals, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers. The person in this position will collaborate closely with marketing and client service teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure a smooth handover from prospecting to execution. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, attending client meetings and industry events, and providing regular revenue forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
