Role Description

1. Student Acquisition & Sales

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.

Promote AdmitCart's study abroad services and training programs.

Understand student needs and counsel them on suitable courses, universities, and career paths.

Convert leads into confirmed enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.

Maintain regular communication with potential leads to nurture their interest.

Provide continuous support during the application and onboarding process.

3. Market & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.

Represent AdmitCart at education fairs, seminars, and online webinars.

Contribute to strategic growth initiatives to increase market presence.

4. Product Knowledge & Learning

Develop in-depth knowledge of global education systems, universities, exams, and visa processes.

Stay updated on scholarship opportunities, country policies, and trending programs.

Showcase the ability and willingness to learn and grow in the international education sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, market research, or project management
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and effectively pitch services to diverse clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other business development tools is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets
  • Familiarity with the education consultancy or overseas education sector is beneficial
