Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Panaji for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic plans to achieve revenue growth. The role includes managing sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations that address client needs. Other responsibilities include networking with industry professionals and promoting Added Media Network's services.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Negotiation, and Communication
  • Proficiency in Proposal Development and Presentation Delivery
  • Effective Networking and Client Engagement abilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership and team collaboration capabilities
  • Background in advertising, media, or related fields is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
