Business Development Manager

Assist in the development of the district cooling business strategies for the firm and play a key role in its implementation.

Preparation of feasibility templates plans for district cooling business model.

Developing and maintaining complex financial models for the District Cooling Projects analyzing key business drivers and risk/return analysis.

Contract Analysis - Reviewing project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications

Business Writing - Preparing reports, Information Memoranda, summary and presentations as required by the nature of assignment.

Provide hands on support to internal stakeholders in development of business cases for major strategic initiatives

Assisting in preparing the required responses for DCS tender projects.

Assist in the development of proposals for acquisition of new customers.

• Any other assignments as advised by Head DCS or Lead BD

Experiences:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience
• Work experience with leading organizations
• Advanced level skills in market research, presentation, report making and financial modeling, preferably in Infrastructure (Energy) / Real Estate sector
• Good business analytical skills

Good proficiency in MS Excel

Education:

BE / B. Tech with MBA (Finance) preferred
