Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Acquisition) located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to create effective acquisition strategies. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and work on sourcing and work with the project acquisition team specially in redevelopment. The individual will also represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and analysis
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience in Society Redevelopments in Mumbai and Luxury Housing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in tools for reporting, managing, and tracking business development activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
