Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and promoting our IT solutions and professional services to corporate clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with pre-sales consultants, technical specialists, delivery teams, and technology partners to develop tailored solutions that address customers business and technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic customer accounts across various industries.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and business discussions with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand customers business objectives and challenges.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors, partners, and suppliers to develop business opportunities and maintain relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT solution sales, technology consulting sales, ERP sales, cloud solutions sales, or related B2B technology sales roles.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, digital transformation initiatives, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant industry certifications or technology sales certifications will be an advantage.
