Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented professional to spearhead corporate outreach for Amar Chaudhary. Your primary mission is to turn Amar's inspiring message into strategic partnerships and paid speaking engagements across India's top corporate houses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with CHROs, Learning & Development (L&D) heads, and CXOs to pitch Amar's sessions.
Sales Pipeline: Own the entire sales cyclefrom the first cold reach-out to final contract signing.
Market Positioning: Position Amar as the go-to speaker for annual town halls, leadership retreats, and high-pressure sales kick-offs.
Negotiation: Manage commercial discussions and ensure the value of the session is reflected in the booking fee.
Relationship Management: Build a long-term database of corporate clients for recurring annual sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The Networker DNA: A proven track record of selling services (not just products) to corporate HR or leadership teams.
Polished Communication: Ability to speak the language of corporate ROI and employee engagement.
Negotiation Prowess: Sharp skills in closing deals without devaluing the brand.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to track leads.
Background: 36 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Event Sponsorship, or Training & Development sales.
