About the Role:

Abroademy is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in the study abroad industry to drive growth, build strategies, and expand our student outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage quality student leads through strategic initiatives
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for different study destinations
• Work on branding and positioning strategies to strengthen market presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the study abroad sector
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and outreach channels
• Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams to increase student conversions
• Track market trends, student preferences, and emerging destinations

Requirements:

• Experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry is mandatory
• Strong business development, marketing, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Ability to drive growth, generate leads, and build partnerships
