The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who thinks like an owner, not just an employee. Someone who takes full responsibility for outcomes, solves problems independently, and drives results without waiting to be told what to do.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. You will:

• Own the full business development cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals

• Build and nurture client relationships with genuine care and long-term thinking

• Take initiative on market research, partnerships, and growth strategies

• Make decisions, take accountability, and course-correct when needed

• Collaborate across teams while taking personal ownership of your goals

You're a Great Fit If You

• Take ownership — you don't pass the buck or wait for instructions

• Are a natural problem-solver who finds solutions, not excuses

• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism

• Have experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the business as your own
