Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing business proposals, and driving revenue growth. This role will also include market research to identify emerging trends and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Drive Enterprise SaaS sales for industrial software and XR-based solutions
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Develop and manage strategic partnerships and distributor networks
Handle key enterprise accounts and build long-term customer relationships
Lead techno-commercial proposal discussions and negotiations
Build and execute market expansion strategies across industries
Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and deal tracking
Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments
