Summary:
This role supports the Asia ISD leadership team in developing and managing communication strategies and initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to regional operations and senior leadership, providing a dynamic environment for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Asia ISD communication strategy for FY25 and refresh for FY26.
- Lead the collation of all Win Wire and Delivery Wires across Asia, building a central repository for all customer stories to develop our Quarterly Customer Impact overview.
- Coordinate formal case studies in collaboration with local and global communications teams and develop required customer impact stories for various executive presentations.
- Manage the bi-monthly field communications, building topics, managing invites, and follow-on content sharing.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Asia ISD into the worldwide communication team.
- Manage the Rise Awards process from kick-off communications, coordination of nominations, through to coordination of team awards presentations.
- Content building for all-hands meetings, newsletters, business reviews, weekly flash reports for sales and delivery, people movement communications, and D&I initiatives.
- Manage Asia ISD communications calendar and share with corporate.
- Update organizational structure PowerPoints.
- Provide ad hoc support for round tables, events, and executive visits.
- Provide light support for diary and travel management to two executives.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within software, IT, financial services, or technology departments.
- Experience with major market intelligence players is a key criterion.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to plan, orchestrate, and drive virtual teams to deliver outcomes.
- Creativity and independence in leading and coordinating content to drive impact.
- Ability to customize messages for diverse audiences and a creative writing approach.
- Proactive in reaching out to multiple individuals to gather inputs from various parties.
- Curiosity and confidence to engage with new people and a desire to learn key business content for effective communication.
