The Business Development Manager - 3PL will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our logistics services in India. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence in the 3PL sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth in the 3PL sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on business performance and market conditions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 8-18 years of experience in business development, specifically in 3PL or logistics industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
