DigiCrackers is looking for aBusiness Development Managerto work with our CEO and Account Managers to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create tailored proposals for clients.
  • Align business development strategies with company goals alongside the CEO.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Present regular business reports to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication skills inHindi,Gujarati, andEnglish.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership (CEO, Directors).
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to business development.
