About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with 45 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution for new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging markets, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 45 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and risks.
