Job Description

*Has to recruit a team of financial advisors from their own reference.

*Has to train them to market and sell life insurance products of HDFC life insurance company, both terms and ULIP plans.

*Advisors ill get paid on commission basis on the business done by them.

*You have to monitor the team of advisors and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/annual business numbers.

*For all these activities you will get extra payouts as incentives apart from your salary.
