We are CloudRedux. While the world is buzzing about chatbots, we are deploying the next evolution: Agentic Process Automation (APA). We build autonomous digital workers that run critical operations for hospitals, construction firms, and enterprises.

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to own our expansion into the North American & UK markets. This is a strategic role for a high-performance sales professional who wants to move beyond standard IT services selling and represent cutting-edge AI technology.

The Mission

You will be the tip of the spear for our international growth, responsible for identifying opportunities and driving our sales pipeline.

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and map high-value accounts in the Construction, Healthcare, and Logistics sectors across the US and UK.
  • Pipeline Generation: Execute high-quality outbound campaigns using cold email, LinkedIn, and strategic networking. You aren't just sending spam; you are crafting narratives that intrigue CFOs and Ops Leaders.
  • Opportunity Qualification: Engage with senior decision-makers, diagnose their operational pain points, and set the stage for deep-dive technical discussions.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the feedback loop between the market and our product team, helping refine our pitch based on real-world interactions.

Who You Are

  • The US Market Expert: You have 4-5 years of experience generating business from US/UK clients. You understand the nuance, cultural tone, and professionalism required to engage Western executives.
  • Master Communicator: Your written English is world-class. You know how to write concise, compelling emails that cut through the noise.
  • Resilient Hunter: You thrive on the chase. You are disciplined, organized, and persistent in following up.
  • Tech-Forward: You get excited about AI and Automation. You can quickly grasp complex concepts and explain them simply.
  • Flexible Schedule: You are willing to align your work hours with the US East Coast (e.g., late evening shift) to ensure real-time engagement.
