Responsible for Business development through franchise development/acquisition and retention of clients.
Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products such as mutual funds and Insurance.
Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in the existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
Attend post result con-calls, and meets for improved client servicing.
Understanding customer requirements and providing best equaled services.
Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Requirements And Skills
The Ideal Candidate will have 3-10 years of Work Experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Good Knowledge of the Stock Market & Share Market.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
